Let There Be Peace International Ministry family came together in the unity of the Spirit for a powerful Sunday service on the 6th of April 2025. We opened in prayerful intercession, exalting the name of Jesus and declaring His covering through the power of His precious blood.

Our dynamic worship team then began leading glorious praise (Turning around for my good) and reverent worship (Liberate my Spirit), (Miracle worker).

Our man of God, Healing Evangelist J.K. Fenuku, began the service by sharing this wise word, saying, “Every situation you are going through, whatever it is, Jesus has shaken the foundation, and when that foundation is destroyed, the foundation cannot stand. It begins to crumble. The situation you are going through has no foundation. When we are with Jesus, we learn from Him. When He is doing something, we are also doing it.”
We then turn to Scripture to dig deeper into the lesson that God has placed in our man of God’s heart—Isaiah 40:31.
When you go to God, do you wait upon God to also speak to you, or do you just go and present yourself, then leave? Prayer and waiting upon God is impossible without the help of the Holy Spirit. The question is: why do we have to wait upon God? What is so special about it? What is it? What is that vital thing that I will receive if I wait hours, days to hear?

When we come to God, we cannot only speak to God and leave. We have to allow God to speak to us. Waiting upon God brings peace, relieves us, and takes away our anxiety. It is the time that God will break you in order to help you from yourself. He separates you from yourself, takes away your pride. When you just go to God and leave, brokenness cannot and does not take place. Waiting upon God takes place in your heart. It is something called stillness of the heart.
Whatever you are going through, you are fighting it yourself. The problems that you are seeing are your own handwork. For you to be still in your heart, it is when you are not thinking evil about someone. Your spirit is not running and doing nonsense.

When you take a portion of the Bible and do not allow it to run from you—you take a scripture and meditate on it for weeks or months—that is stillness of heart. That moment when you are praying and you begin to get tired or distracted, in that moment the Holy Spirit is never there. When that moment stops, that is when you need to present your petition before God. This can happen at any time. The position of your heart is the most vital part. The outside appearance does not matter. Do you ever sit and think that nothing is working? Your prayers are not answered?
As we continued, we were led to Scripture once again (Exodus 24:12). Here, God said to Moses, “Come and wait (He did not ask him to pray or fast or do anything else) And I will come.” Your problem is that you cannot wait, not even for a minute. God is saying to me and you, “Be there. Do not move. I am God. I can find you anywhere, but this particular position—I want you to be there.” When you see children of God that have pride, know that they have not been broken. When you go to prayer and there are countless thoughts running through your mind, know that God is not there. Repeat it until He comes.
Us Christians always pray for specific things, but God does not need that. We were led to Scripture once again as we continued to dive deeper into this word of God (2 Corinthians 4:3-4) Do you think you are a Christian? Do you think you are a child of God? What shows that you’re a Christian? When your mind is blinded, you cannot see. You are moved by the things of this world. You are moved by what people are telling you.

Nowadays, if you are not fitting in with those around you, and if you do not have enough money, then you are nonsense. Going to church does not mean you are a child of God. Do not allow yourself to follow the cloud. What brokenness does to someone is that you come to be in a constant attitude of fear for the Lord. That is what will prevent you from falling into sin.
For our prayers to be answered, we need to understand what the word of God means. When God says, “I will put my fear into your enemies,” He is saying that He will reveal Himself to your enemies. He will go to their camp and let them know who He is. For you to fear God, you have to know Him. You do not know Him. You don’t know His attributes, and that is why there is no fear for God.
In that state of brokenness, where you are crying, you don’t need to open your mouth for your prayers to be answered. When you witness the fear of God, any urge that you have will not even try to interfere with you, because the fear of God is there. The tears of the Lord can only come upon you when your eyes are open. The Scripture that you read—let it stay there. Let it not move from you. When it begins to move, bring it back. God cannot do anything without your permission. Amen!
