The Let There Be Peace International Ministry family gathered on August 10th, 2025, for a Sunday service that celebrated unity, faith, and the power of prayer.

Our service began as our intercessors led us in prayer. We prayed and committed ourselves and the service into God’s mighty and able hands. Our dynamic worship team then went on to lead us in a time of praise (In Jesus Name) and spiritual worship (Welcome to my heart), (What a beautiful name it is)

Voluntarily, Jesus gave His life.
(John 19:28-30)
With the Word as his guide, our Man of God, Healing Evangelist JK Funuku launched into a powerful sermon saying, “We know the scripture, but we only talk about it during Easter time because we do not understand it or walk in it. Voluntarily, He gave up Himself. No one forced Jesus.” It may not be written, but we know that no one can force Jesus on the cross. Voluntarily, He gave up Himself.
It is already done!

Do you know what the scripture is saying? You have to understand something to enjoy it. Jesus has already accomplished everything. He has already done away with our pain, sickness, poverty, etc. Everything — Jesus already took it away. That sour wine that Jesus drank represents our sins. He took all our trials and nailed it on the cross.
Know who you are, Remember the cross.
Because we do not know who we are in God, we are still lost — the same as the apostles. That is why they returned to their old lives. They did not know what Jesus had accomplished on the cross. When you are able to remember the cross, any time Satan comes near you, sickness will run away. Poverty will run away. You begin to stand your ground. You have to understand what Jesus did for us on the cross.

Begin to take what is yours.
When Jesus died, and in death He saw what the apostles were doing, He came back and for 40 days He sat and told them who they are in Christ. He told them, “I have overcome all things. It is your time now. Arise and take what is yours. Take your healing, your prosperity, your breakthrough.” What do you think Jesus was telling them? The kingdom of God is about power. It is about authority. It is about taking what is yours.
What Jesus said then, He is still saying now.
We have turned Christianity into a religion. We do only what we enjoy, not what God wants. Jesus died. The Bible says He went to hell and defeated Satan. But remember that no one can defeat Satan without the Holy Spirit. There is a secret that us Christians do not know. The secret is righteousness. We fight our own battles, but our battles have already been won by Jesus. That same Jesus that spoke to the apostles then is still living now. The same thing He told them then, He is still saying it now: “Arise and possess your possessions.”

Prayer Points
1. Satan, if you know what is good for you, you better leave my family and my life right now. The blood of Jesus is against you.
