Being Determined for God: Beyond Religion
As Healing Evangelist J.K. Fenuku began the sermon, he delivered a powerful word:
“We are all fighting the same thing, just with different faces. When you come to church and your body is here but your spirit is elsewhere, it is pointless.”

“All those who received what they were looking for in the Bible were determined. Now Christianity is all about religion. You have to go beyond religion to be able to see the power of Jesus. Allow Jesus to do something extraordinary in your life.”

Pastor Fenuku confronted a dangerous forgetfulness in the modern church:
“Many have really forgotten about this. Jesus healed yesterday. He will heal you today. Jesus blessed yesterday. He will bless you today. Jesus delivered yesterday. He will deliver you today. Do you really believe this?”
The Eternal Truth
Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. What He did to the apostles, He is doing now.

“Stop looking at your situation. When God sees lack, God sees abundance. When you see sickness, He sees healing. God takes the impossible and makes it possible. He takes your situation and turns it around to give you blessing.”

A Pattern of Declaration: Speaking Your Future
Scriptures: Malachi 3:6, Romans 4:17
The service revealed a divine pattern: God never once declared anything negative.
“As children of God, we too need to declare positive things. Where you are today is a result of all your past declarations. What you have been declaring years ago is the position you are in now.”
Be Careful With Your Words
The Spiritual Law of Declaration
“You can be joking and talking, but whatever comes from you, if it is good, God will grab it. If it is bad, Satan will grab it.”
Change Your Tomorrow Today
“If you want your tomorrow to change, start declaring from today. God did not create the earth in one day, so why are you giving up? The God who created me and you used the same pattern of constant declaration. We need to use this as well.”
Expose Yourself to What You Want
“What do you want the most? That which you are looking for, what are you doing to obtain that thing?”
The Dog’s Ear Principle:
“Whatever you are looking for, you have to expose yourself to it. As a dog would extend its ear to hear something far away, we too need to reach for what we are looking for and continue to declare it.”
Change Your Declaration: Stand Firm
“Do not settle for less. Change your confession today.”
The Warning:“Satan will send people to you to insult you and to distract you from God’s Word, but stand firm with God nevertheless!”
Because Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, your determination and declaration will not return void.
