EXAMINE YOURSELF

The congregation of Let There Be Peace International Ministry gathered for a mighty and powerful service on the 21st of September 2025.

Our service commenced as our intercessors led us in prayer, seeking God’s mercy and favour and pleading his precious blood over our lives. Our dynamic worship team then began leading us in anointed praise (iyo iyo ileligama), (sizowanyathela amademomi) and worship (Thank you Jesus for the blood).

As our man of God, Healing Evangelist JK Fenuku, began the sermon he opened by sharing a powerful revelation, saying, “Jesus has prepared for us what we need to be blessed, saved, and healed.” Did you ever sit down, look in the mirror, and examine yourself. We often make the mistake of not looking back at our life before Christ to see how far God has brought us. Doing this will build your faith.

Are you rejoicing for the right reasons?

(Luke 10:16–20)

The Bible says Jesus sent seventy out, and they came back extremely excited, saying, “Oh Lord, even the demons are running away because of us!” But Jesus stopped them. When someone is living in disappointment, failure, or sickness, it is demonic. But when Jesus comes to the scene, He chases all those away. Jesus is saying to us, do not rejoice because you have a job, because you have a car, or because you are successful. No. Rejoice because that demon that was stopping you from reaching heaven is gone.

Jesus did not come so that we can have wordly things.

How many have been blessed and forgot about God? All the houses, cars, and money are secondary. The primary reason that Jesus came to earth is so that we can enter heaven.

When God appeared to Solomon, Solomon said something very important. He said, “Lord, you have blessed me with all these multitudes. The only thing I need now is your wisdom.” Do not rejoice because demons are responding to you or because you have money, but rejoice because your name has been written in the Book of Life.

Why do you come to church?

We have to focus on the primary reason Jesus came. That is the only thing that will set your path right. When you are so addicted to God, nothing can frustrate your spirit. Are you in church because you love Him or because you are looking for something? What is your reason?

Examine your behaviour.

When you meet a genuine man of God and he enters your life and touches it, your life is then surely marked with blessings, healing, and deliverance. You can clearly tell what someone is looking for the first day they come to church. If they are too excited, then something is questionable. But when they come, watching closely from a distance, then you know they are genuine.

Let’s love God!

When you come to God for the right reasons, God will disgrace you with blessings, healing, and deliverance. Are you one with God or one with the world? We need God. We don’t need human beings. We must come to God because we love Him, not for selfish desires. Pray and ask God for the spirit of discernment. The healing, blessing, and deliverance are good, but the primary reason… let’s love God.

If you think you are going through something, going through anxiety or stress — just love Him. Just love Jesus. Forget the situation you are going through and just love Jesus.

Give your all to Jesus and witness His love.

We continued by turning to scripture again. (2 Corinthians 7:14) Can someone stand and boast about you? Can someone look at you and turn to God?

(2 Chronicles 7:14–16), (Isaiah 65:24)

God is saying that when you give Him all your heart, that which you are looking for—before you even ask for something—He has already done it. Before you call out unto Him, He will respond. You don’t need to spend much more time. It is done already. Going to God while only looking for blessing means you are missing out. In Christianity, we fight to receive and we fight to keep.

Prayer Points:

1. O Holy Spirit, fill me. O Holy Spirit redeem me. O Holy Spirit, restore me.

2. With the voice of Jesus Christ, I separate myself from every failure. With the voice of Jesus Christ, I separate myself from every sickness. With the voice of Jesus Christ, I separate myself from poverty.

3. With the voice of Jesus Christ, I know I am separated from every sickness, from every poverty. I am linked with healing and blessing.
