New month, fresh anointing…was the bold declaration of the intercessor on the 5th May 2024, at Let There Be Peace International Ministry. After covering all things with the blood of Jesus and surrendering the service to God, the intercessors Mrs Luella and Miss Sharlene led the congregation and our online viewers into warfare prayer. With boldness and authority, the church began to command every garment of shame, disappointment, failure and disgrace to be removed, and every seed that the enemy has planted in our lives, to wither at the root and die in the name of Jesus.
As chains were broken and spirits set free, the final prayer point resounded in faith as the congregation began to use the voice of Jesus and commanded every dead thing in our lives to rise in the mighty name of Jesus.
The congregants continued in unabated praise as our dynamic worship team took over the service with jubilant praises (I know who I am) and (In Jesus name). It was a graceful transition into worship as the team began to lead the church into the Holy of holies with the songs (In the shadow of your wings), and (Baba oh).
The sanctuary was filled with a heavenly ambience as the man of God prompted the congregants to declare, “Today is my day of blessing, my day of breakthrough, and my day of deliverance. Something is happening in the realm of the spirit”. He continued to say, that when God moves, blessings move, deliverance moves, and breakthrough moves. Again, the church began to declare, “Whether I like it or not, I am healed, blessed and delivered”.
The word of God was extracted from (Matthew 13:24-25) and (1Peter 5:8). Looking back at scripture, the man of God revealed to us that whilst we were sleeping, the enemy came and sowed sickness, poverty, infirmity, affliction and disappointment in our lives. A prayer less life causes us to sleep and allows the enemy to operate in our lives and have his way with us. He continued to say that it is not the will of God for us to suffer, or inherit the sickness and sufferings of our family bloodline. The power of God was most evident upon the man of God Healing Evangelist JK Fenuku as he began to speak words of life into the church, by saying “We are standing on our legal ground because of the blood of Jesus Christ. It is your legal right to be blessed and delivered, so put a demand on the anointing and receive what God has for you. He continued to say that it is not God’s responsibility to watch over our fields, and that the onus is upon us to live prayerfully to expel the work of the enemy. We are called to watch and pray.
The man of God reiterated that Christianity is not for lazy people, but people that are desperate for God. He began to point out the unyielding spirits of blind Bartimaeus, Zacchaeus, and the woman with the issue of blood. They never let Jesus pass them without receiving what they needed from Him. Being blind, being physically too short and being afflicted with severe infirmity, their spiritual eyes were opened and they saw in the Spirit who Jesus was. They identified Him as the Messiah. The man of God continued to unleash divine revelation as he encouraged the church by saying, anytime you are trying to get the Master’s attention, enemies will rise against you, but when the Master begins to call for you, they will surely celebrate with you. He continued by asking the congregants, “Are you doing anything and everything to get the attention of Jesus?”. He closed by saying, “Today is your day! Your healing, deliverance, breakthrough and blessing is here. To receive it, only get the attention of Jesus”.
