The presence of God filled our midst as the church of Let There Be Peace International Ministry gathered once again, on the 12th of January 2025, to exalt His holy name. Our intercessor opened our service by leading us in prayer.
We thanked Jesus for His righteous hand in our lives and asked Him for mercy and guidance. Our dynamic worship team then began singing exuberant praise (My redeemer lives) and glorious worship (Jehovah is your name) and (At the center of it all).
With the all hearts in an attitude of worship our Man of God, Healing Evangelist JK. Fenuku, then entered to share a powerful word, “Whenever God gives you a scripture ask yourself why God gave you that scripture”. We then turned to the word to dig deep into the message that God is trying to tell us (Isaiah 54 vs 15-17).
In this scripture God is telling us that our enemies will surely gather against us but those who are gathering against us shall surely fall! It is not just a saying but a promise. Even though God promises us this, this promise is not for everyone.
When you are reading the Bible, do not just read it as stories. You need to make it personal and reach the mind-set that will say, “As long as they keep gathering, I will keep praying.”
This scripture also tells us directly that God has created both good and bad. Even though He has created the bad, God clearly states that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Why? Because God is in charge! He has created the bad and He allows it to touch you only so that you will run to Him. We know that only our Lord has the power to protect us. If we never face hardships then we will never have a reason to pray and build a relationship with God. It pushes us closer to God and that is what He wants.
Stop being lazy and stop sleeping when you are meant to pray. When it is time to pray, your flesh becomes lazy and wants to sleep but when all those blessings that you were meant to receive do not come because of your laziness that same flesh will complain.
Everyone on this earth is going through the same thing. Whether it be sickness, poverty or failure; we are all figuring satan. The more the enemy knocks at your door, the more your knees go down in surrender to God and once your knees go down it is impossible to stop you! When satan is pushing you to your pit, he does not realize that in that pit is where your breakthrough lies. Stop thinking that God is not listening to your prayer because he surely is.
We turned to scripture once again (John 9 vs 1-9) and (James 1 vs 1-4). God needs to be revealed through every hardship we face. If there was no Red Sea then how would the people know that God can split it and clear their path?
Those same people who have mocked you and insulted you will witness the breakthrough that God has in store for you. God wants to manifest His power. Just like when He revealed Himself to Moses saying, ” I am sending you to fail. I am going to harden his heart so that he will not allow the people to go.” He did that so that the people can witness His power through Moses.
In the book of James it said, “Have patience and allow God to have His way”. That period of time when you are practicing patience, You are able to see who and what has been holding you back. Not everyone around you is rooting for your success. Sometimes you stop your own blessings by having pity parties for yourself because instead of having faith in Jesus, you are feeling sorry for yourself. Only through patience can these things be revealed to you so allow patience to have its way and rely on the promises of God! Amen.

Oh LORD, breathe your breath of life on me and my family. That breath of healing, that breathe of breakthrough, breathe on me right now in Jesus mighty name
