The Holy Spirit filled our midst as the families of Let There Be Peace International Ministry gathered once again, on August 11th 2024, for another glorious Sunday service. Every heart was open as our intercessor, Mrs. Fathima Maharaj led us in warfare prayer.
The church prayed in unison commanding every voice of the enemy to be silenced in the name of Jesus and asking Him to send His arrow of judgement to every demonic kingdom plotting evil against us. With the atmosphere charged for Jesus, our dynamic worship team led us into glorious praise (Big God), (Undignified) and holy worship (Jehovah is your name) and (Jehovah eeehhh).
“When you come to Jesus, you have to be prepared. Your mind has to be separated from the things of this world.” As our woman of God, entered to bring forth the word of God she spoke these words. This emphasized that we can never receive what God has in store for us if we have not prepared ourselves to come before Him. We are not meant to be church-goers but we are meant to be children of the Most High therefore when we come to church we need to be expecting something miraculous and prepared to receive it.
We turned to scripture in order to back up this teaching (Luke 3 vs 4-6). God’s work is already done, it is us that are lacking because we have not prepared for Him. God is sensitive to a desperate spirit so we need to always be desperate for Him to do something in us. An example was made out of the woman with the issue of blood, she was prepared before coming to Him and she found her relief in Jesus. That is why she received what she was looking from out of the countless of people surrounding Jesus. We come to church knowing He is in our midst but if we are not prepared for Him, we will not see him moving in us. Preparation for God is the only way He will bless and multiply us. Why is your mind set on the world and not on Him?
Jesus is always waiting for you to come to Him. He will never barge into your life if he is not welcome. God wants know that we are relying on and turning to Him. It is time for you to open that door that He is knocking on and allow Him to take control!
Our woman of God took us to scripture once again (Luke 3 vs 1-2). This reading proved to us that God only wants those who is prepared for Him. He did not use those with big titles but He used John because he was separated from the world and his heart was prepared for Jesus. John was in the wilderness and the word of God found him. We need to take John as an example and seek Jesus even in our wilderness, even in our struggles and pain. This preparation is not one of physical appearance but one of the spirit. We are still living in disappointment, failure and sickness because there is something wrong within our souls. It is about acknowledging our trails and turning to Jesus in them. We fail to do that because we are lazy to do our part, our 50%, in order receive our breakthrough.
If our minds are conditioned to know Jesus Christ we will not be living in fear, and we will take corrections with an open spirit. But most Christians do not want to take corrections using the excuse that is how we are. Many refuse to change and have become comfortable and okay with their burdens. It takes separation from the things of the world to seek God and put him first. Amen!

Every valley of death and every valley that is keeping me from moving forward, be filled in the name of Jesus. I use the blood of Jesus to come against every spirit of fear, In the mighty name of Jesus!
