FAITH OVER FEAR

Let There Be Peace International Ministry is renowned for itโ€™s impeccable, relevant, and life changing revelations deposited by the Holy Spirit to the Man of God.

This Sunday, the 16th June 2024 was nothing short of powerful as our intercessor, Miss Sharlene opened the service in prayer and led the congregation through warfare, commanding every evil assignment of the enemy to be aborted, and every chain of bondage, keeping us from our God ordained destinies to be broken in the mighty name of Jesus.

As the congregation prepared their hearts and spirits to celebrate the goodness of God, our Dynamic Worship Team took over the session with exuberant and vibrant declarations of praise (I speak a mighty blessing) and (Break the chains). The church sang with understanding and authority as they danced before the LORD. As the repetitive praises came to a simmer, our anointed worship team prompted the hearts of the people to surrender in a symphony of worship (See what the LORD has done), (Spirit pray through me), and (Bow down and worship Him).

God was in our midst at Let There Be Peace International Ministry, as the Man of God began to lead the church in prophetic declaration, “Every evil smoke that the enemy has used to blind me and my family, I rebuke you in the mighty name of Jesus”. The congregants were fuelled by this powerful revelation and continued to pray with authority. The Man of God began to teach by saying, when doubt comes knocking at your door, allow faith to open the door. Those that know and understand that the devil is not happy about what God has given you, and that the enemy will always try to counter what God has promised you, those that understand this will always stand their ground in faith and not be taken by surprise. You can not come to Jesus and be thinking about your past. Your past should never be an option for where God is taking you. Many who have come to Jesus have went back because they lacked faith in God’s word.

Our proof texts were taken from (John 21:1-3), (1Thessalonians 5:9/18/24). The Man of God, Healing Evangelist JK Fenuku, began to recap on last week’s sermon, and how we had admired the Disciples of Jesus that forsook all they had to follow the LORD. This week, the Man of God saw it relevant and vital to equip us with this teaching so that we do not follow Jesus halfway, and then turn and go back to our pasts. What an anointed, God sent shepherd we have been blessed with at Let There Be Peace International Ministry. We give God the glory! The Man of God continued to teach by saying, the disciples believed Jesus when He said He would die and rise again after three days, but they were surprised and taken aback that Jesus was no longer in bodily form, but in the Spirit. So out of fear of the future, of not having the comfort of Jesus being in the physical, the disciples decided to go back to their boats and resume fishing for fish rather than for men. They abandoned their calling due to their lack of faith in God. The word of God tells us in the book of Thessalonians that, God did not call us to suffer, He did not call us into darkness but into light, He did not call us to failure but to success. Be patient because God can never fail. He is faithful, and He will surely do what He has spoken.

The Man of God continued to urge us, Never compare the gods of the world with our Almighty Jesus, and do not compare yourselves with your friends, if so, you will lose the mark. God did not call you to give you temporary pleasures, but He has called you to bless you abundantly and permanently. The enemy builds upon the sand, but when God builds…the foundation is deep and strong.

Do not pray and declare sunshine, and yet carry an umbrella along with you. You have already destroyed your own faith. Doubt, destroys faith. Look at God’s promises for your life, and know that faithful is He that has called you. The day you became a child of God, was the day the battle line was drawn. The enemy will always be waiting for a gap to enter your heart with fear so that you will doubt, but you must overcome that fear with faith in God’s word.

Fear breeds doubt and unbelief. If you think life is difficult following Jesus, and choose to go back to the world, then you are deceived. You will return to a life without power, without victory, and without salvation. The disciples came back to shore, without catching any fish the entire night, but praise be to God for His wonderful mercy. Jesus met them on the shore and gave to them what they were looking for without Him. Patience is key to living a blessed and victorious life in Christ. No problem is bigger than our LORD Jesus.

The Man of God ended the sermon by saying, trusting in God’s integrity and power is what will anchor you in times of confusion and fear. Hold onto God, He will never fail you.

Amen and Amen!

MASS PRAYER:

In the mighty name of Jesus, every program of the enemy to stop me from moving forward, be consumed with Holy Ghost fire.
